Introducing the pioneer antimicrobial outsole technology utilizing EPA-supported copper tech. A stride towards sanitary footwear and a cleaner globe.
Why Copper?
Copper has been used as an effective antimicrobial agent for centuries. In 2008, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) named copper the first solid antimicrobial material.
We are first to combine the power of copper and the science of footwear into a high-performance outsole.
How copper works.
The antimicrobial properties of copper stem from its ability to disrupt the cell membranes and cause DNA damage to kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi on contact.
These outsoles are designed to kill greater than 98% of pathogens on contact.
